I’m Ted Kritsonis — or “Teddy K” as friends and colleagues often call me — a Toronto-based photographer. I’ve been a technology journalist for over 20 years, where I’ve learned to hone my craft not just as a writer but while also peering through camera lenses. The demands of the job, including my own creative pursuits in my spare time, helped me discover a great deal about how to capture a subject to tell a story.
That’s precisely why this website and its services exist: to help tell your stories.
I don’t take this responsibility lightly, which is why Shots by Teddy K is not in the business of making things up. Whether it’s a live event, performance, product or piece of architecture, I take an authentic approach to capturing images, similar to how a photojournalist must find ways to get the right shots to illustrate what’s happened.
It’s a mantra that also applies to editing photos, including those that come from others. I take pride in making sure each shot meets your vision and expectations.
